How many weddings and special events take place at Brecknock each day?
Brecknock Hall typically hosts only one wedding or event per weekend. Clients have exclusive use of the building during their event.
What does it cost to have a wedding or other event at Brecknock Hall?
Wedding site fees range from $8,500-$11,500 dependent upon the time of year and guest count. Non-wedding related special celebrations are quoted on an individual basis.
What is included in the site fee cost?
Our site Fee includes exclusive use of our venue (one wedding per weekend), experienced on-site COORDINATOR, restroom attendant, security, cocktail hour & reception tables, white Chiavari chairs, ceremony rehearsal, Wedding day use of our on-site wedding suites & one complimentary night in our on-site guest cottage (max 4 guests).
Brecknock Hall is a not-for-profit organization. Does this mean the site fee is tax deductible?
The rental fee is not tax deductible.
Do you provide catering and tenting?
Brecknock hall pricing does not include catering or tenting. please inquire for our list of approved, licensed and insured custom caterers & tent companies
Do I have to use specific vendors?
With the exception of caterers and tent companies, clients may permitted to hire their own vendors, provided that they are properly licensed and insured. We provide a recommended list of vendors upon booking.
How many people can Brecknock Hall accommodate?
Brecknock hall can comfortably accommodate up to 90 guests for an all-indoor event with a seated dinner. For less formal cocktail parties, approximately 120 guests can be accommodated indoors. For larger groups of up to 175, cocktail hour is held indoors with a tented reception on our back patio. Please inquire for our approved list of tent companies.
Do you host weddings and events year round?
Yes, Brecknock is available for rental January through December. We offer a discounted site fee package from November - April for groups of 90 or less.
